docs: include Nuxt 3 example configuration #265

Description

This PR includes a configuration example for Nuxt 3, it's just a few changes from Nuxt 2/Bridge. I removed the line about working on both Nuxt 2 and Nuxt Vite since there is an explicit example for them now.

Additional context

Should "Nuxt Vite" be changed to "Nuxt Bridge"?

Yes I think we should update the name and the link to Bridge
