Checkpoint Decision for Block 2000 #6

Note: This will be a template for checkpoint decisions in the future. Voting for which block is to be checkpointed is currently done on GitHub but may be moved elsewhere for wider accessibility. Note: We will require a full verification of all blocks between checkpoints just to make sure nodes can safely continue syncing to a checkpoint without having to check blocks in between. The code to skip the costly verification is not yet in place, but will be done later on.

This issue is to choose the block hash for checkpoint height 2000. This thread will contain candidate checkpoint blocks. Vote using GitHub reactions.

Since this is a template and no other known chains exist with different blocks, I'll accept Candidate 1 as the official checkpoint
