[Skin] Kosmos_V4 #2246

Name of the skin should be changed to something like "Kosmos (V4) 4 Team Textures". This file also needs to installed on top of the original model. No need to merge files, but some kind of mention, that 4 Team patch won't work on it's own, would probably be nice. Author of 4 Team Texture patch is Parkis G (via readme).
