Update index.php

Added:

• the number of connected users (just below the table)
• a "Country" column with the flag and country code
• search filtered on the country (fr, ca, pl etc)

It does it quite well, practical for searching for specific users according to the country and also the number of connected

I added a top country section at the very bottom of the Users page, Here is a screenshot: https://www.zupimages.net/up/23/14/vvc5.png

I commented out the top country for now because it looks a bit... out of shape... but I think Valware would like top-countries to show somewhere so it may come back or be shown in a different way at a later stage :)
