Maxel should be programmable with a schedule for downloading #16

Set speed limits at various times, show time as AM/PM or 24hr time based on locale

Also, right click a download to turn off speed limit on a per download basis

I hope with this, one can change the priority of download urls. So, one can downgrade a URL's priority and upgrade another more urgent download URL.

@Metamba That's not in scope for this feature, but you can create a new Issue with the label Feature Request for that. This is simply for an app-wide maximum speed limit.

Why does not schedule download still exist? Maxel must have this feature.
