Unable to open Maxel #68

I downloaded your latest demo app few days ago and once able to open it and successfully downloaded some files. It worked fine at first. But the next day, it wasn't able to reopen the app anymore. I tried to double click the app and it show nothing. When I want to move the app to trash, it shows that I can't move it because it's open (but I can't see anything and it show nothing). The only way I can move it to trash is by restart my mac. I'm considering to buy your app, but now it is like that, I'm not dare to buy it. What happen to your app?

Maxel maybe open and have its dock icon hidden. Force quit maxel by opening Activity Monitor > search for maxel > force quit

In maxels preferences ensure that the dock icon isn't hidden

If you're still having the issue let me know what OS version you're using

where's the preferences? there's no preferences in your maxel. even if I successfully force quit the maxel, it's still nothing to show up when I re-click, attempted to open it. I'm using Yosemite 10.10.5

Preferences: cmd + ,

Or use the menubar:

If that doesn't work, try resetting Maxel's preferences by trashing ~/Library/Containers/com.unregistered.Maxel-Demo/ in your home folder

It wasn't able to open the preferences, as there's nothing to show up after I click your app, no, nothing. I can't even find "~/Library/Containers/com.unregistered.Maxel-Demo/ in your home folder" There's no such thing in my mac.

Maxel 2.1 will detect startup crashes and offer resetting the settings.
