File clearly not fully downloaded, yet maxel marked it as complete, resulting in a corrupted file.

Also did this happen during a (possibly automatic) reload of the file (during failure maybe? It looks like most of the connections stalled)

Link I believe it may have been allowed to download with multiple connections for a while, before then being restricted to one by the host, although i was not watching the progress, that's just what happened in the end.

Wow, big find. It repros, so I'm gonna get that fixed

The host in question allows 2 connections through but terminates the rest with an error. The fix will be for maxel to detect that an error has occurred on any of the connections and fail the download.
