i like the implementation in many torrent clients, allow user to set the maximum concurrent downloads somewhere (perhaps with time based scheduling, eg 2 from 0800-2200, then 8 from 2200-0800) and add numbering next to the downloads so that they can be sorted via other factors and do not need to be listed in order of downloads. A right click option to promote, demote and top/bottom a download would also be very nice.
