Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Start the server
  2. Use the gamerule command

OS and versions

I didn't install any plugins

Whats wrong with that? In console there is only one site, ingame it has more sites but thats normal.

My question is : I type in xp and prompt me: / xp exp player Not "altay.command.xp.usage"
