Any possibility to get the market share percentage for each technology?

I tried before, coundn't find update to date and reliable way to figure out the market share:

1. google trends only give you who searched what keyword
2. stackoverflow etc only give you who asked questions about certain tech

Please advise any feasible way. thanks.

I think neither Google Trends nor StackOverflow is reliable. I believe the real data. So you can try this: http://builtwith.com/ . But as you know, this site also has limitations.

I forked your repo, I'm gonna try a version where I combine different data from builtwith, Google Trends, Stackoverflow, GitHub, just to see what the result will be. If things will go well I think an update every month will do it.

It could be based on it's category. So if it's preprocessors: Sass, Less or Stylus. Less, based on stars, would be on top.
