Missing almost everything on Samsung Galaxy Note #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install the APK. 
2.Install scripts from inside the application. 
3.Nothing further can be done. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to reach the menu to install python interprter, 
And to otherwise run python scripts. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Android 2.3.6
