Strange Bar on HUD when using Powered by the Apocalypse. #161

While using the Powered By the Apocalypse system, I noticed that Smalltime looks different from normal. It's still totally usable, and the bug carries on even when all other modules are disabled. I created a fresh world with only Smalltime enabled, using the PbtA system, and the white bar is still present. This isn't really a big issue, but I figured it was still worth reporting.

Yeahhhh looks like they're overriding some core styling that's interfering. I'll throw in an exception when I've got a chance, thanks for the heads-up.

Should be fixed in 1.15.8
