Feat date display #62

  1. Attempting to add details to the date displayed in smalltime. Implemented with SimpleCalendar, tested with the default configuration for others calendar (except PF2), From there, it's easy to implement the other calendars using the same data (yearPostfix, etc.)

  2. Adding French translation

  3. translate the "of month..." string

TBD: handle SimpleCalendar seasons

Sorry for the delay, I've been mostly out of commission for the past few days with vaccine side-effects. Gonna take a look through this and possibly make some tweaks, but at a first glance it seems solid. Thanks!
