Verify picard works. #7

Make it start at boot.

Picard does not facilitate CLI interficaes beyond: picard /some folder/ which opens the folder. Yet to process the music, it requires a manual "Click on Save" to append the downloaded meta data into the music and export the music to the /Music/Picard directory. For automatic music processing, beets is recommended. Hence Picard is not used.
