I'm not quite sure this is going to do the trick. Perhaps there is something in cabal to build for different arch already? I couldn't find anything there.

Here's an example of a release produced by this job: https://github.com/unsplash/intlc/releases/tag/v0.2.0

I can delete this tag and re-create out of master if we merge this.
