Change multi-select boxes to use slim select. #103

ping @ldko, @madhulika95b, this is ready for review. You can test it out locally by creating a project and creating a metadata element that has a few choices and making it a multiple selection field.

There seems to be some weird alignment probably due to mixing tabs and spaces in the templates.

ah, yeah, it didn't show up in my editor but I'll fix it
