Colors - Colors will vary due to the nature of the request
Size -
Bleachers: Make modular in height, width, and depth with end, middle, top, and bottom pieces. Needs to scale from 2x2 Tiles up to however long or high we need them.
Flags - 1x1 to 2x2 depending on the nature of the flag(Start flag, hanging banner flags, etc)
Signs - 1x1 to 2x3 depending on the nature of the sign(Billboard, navigation sign, etc.)
Pitstop: 3x3 to 3x4 Tiles
