Adventure guide app rework #1332

Either make a list view for the tips or make it clear how to navigate between different tips

Start with putting the tip itself over on the right side of the screen and make sure everything fits Images and text will need to be resized

It should only be resized when viewing the adventure guide though, so only when viewing revisited tips

What's left: Putting a list on the left side, showing what tips you have unlocked UI tips like what button closes the guide app Change the controls for switching between tip groups from JUMPUP and JUMPDOWN to UP and DOWN instead
