Several move animations are way off screen

I think I may have found the issue, it seems like the wrong pokemon is using the move in the animation editor. when i click "Play animation" it does the effect on the opponent and "play opp" it does the effect on me, despite being a self targeting move. I'm not entirely sure how to fix it, or if theres other issues at play

I thought rage powder was supposed to be used on the opponent, not yourself

nope, its a self targeting move according to bulbapedia

I'm not gonna go through all this with the editor. The move animation is broken in a clean version of essentials too, so I'm making maruno fix it instead
