Feature: Index stats #11

First off, thank you! Your Zabbix Elasticsearch integration is awesome and we're really getting some awesome metrics and a great Grafana dashboard for our search team.

I'd like to get details around specific indices. We have several indices and we'd like to get stats on an individual index. This is exposed in the API using http://server:9200/indexName/_stats
