Honestly one of the best culture moves. Adding a meme in the PR template started in a corporate environment. We sling a lot of PRs across many repos. Having a meme attached to each PR in the template helps engineers and teams keep track of the work being slung regularly. Also it's swaggy and builds good culture. And for open source projects helps encourage that github social-network flavor. :shipit:
