Deprecate Willow-Icon #150

Remove the following:

components/icons/styles
global/icons/
global/mixins/set-icon

Update the components/icons/readme to read:

DEPRECATED - Willow-Icon

Willow-Icons have been deprecated. It is recommended that you pull icons from these Font Awesome icons. Unum brand specific icons can still be found on brand.unumux.com.
