Feature/add metadatajson #31

@miya0001 A feature importing from metadata.json was now implemented.

The following command is an example to import from metadata.json.

charites init style.yml --metadatajson-urls https://optgeo.github.io/kokoromi-rw/zxy/metadata.json

README.md was updated to the latest information.

This PR is related to https://github.com/unvt/charites/issues/20
