when previewing a map with `charites serve`, it shows Use alt + scroll to zoom the map #57

When I preview a map with charites serve style.yml and try to zoom in the map. It shows "Use alt + scroll to zoom the map" message. I think we can disable this function for the map development.

I found this problem is solved at c6e26a6660ee6884a055c465068d63641a8035c7.
