We have to cleanup the changes for datex-cache issue made by @benStre probably

The uix init process is currently broken in this state (git clone does not work because there already exists a .datex-cache directory) - this should be fixed before merge. See https://github.com/unyt-org/uix/issues/145

If #150 is accepted, we can transition the custom logger.error code to the KnownError implementation.
