A few minor branding things #11

The university apparently like Google Open Sans for sans-serif fonts (https://fonts.google.com/), and crimson for serif (https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/crimson).

The university logo is here: http://www.otago.ac.nz/ou-logo.png

HRC logo is here: http://hrc.govt.nz/sites/all/themes/hrc/img/logo.png (needs to be on a blue background - hex #6690E8)

I'll track down logos as well for CMOR and the MOA programme

I've also added the MOA logo to the master /www/ folder

Could we look at using colours to structure the layout (e.g. to distinguish sections)?

To keep with university branding, the main colours are blue #11418c and yellow #f9c000, and they also use a very light blue/grey #f1f4f8 for subtle highlighting/emphasis
