CalRecycle Roll out #240

Time for an upgrade at CalRecycle. Necessary steps:

  1. Validate the migration / upgrade operation on KBCALR
  2. Get the front-end to a non-broken state
  3. instruct CalRecycle on the migration / upgrade:
    • update LCA_Data and CalRecycleLCA repos
    • LcaDataLoader -u
    • LcaDataLoader -s on all data directories (this will capture a few data changes and index the contacts and sources directories)
    • LcaDataLoader -c
    • Backend deployment
    • run /config/init endpoint
    • Frontend deployment
  4. Get the front-end to Stakeholder Feedback milestone
  5. Re-deploy frontend on Aug 3 (to include release notes + info text by me over the weekend of Aug 1-2)
  6. Deploy github.io site

Over the week of Aug 3 I will get in touch with Robert and with the stakeholder user/testers and talk them through the new features.

CalRecycle interim roll-out done this morning. Tomorrow (Tuesday): I will write release notes and draft a release, then ask Ryan to do the final roll-out.
