Automatically pop-up survey

Short-term fix: When we click "close" or "x" on a content pop-up window, automatically launch the feedback link in a new browser tab. This happens only the first time they hit "close" or "x."

Long-term fix: Pop up a dialog box first, see attached screenshot for Eng & Fr. Ask them if they want to go to the survey. If they say no, continue to pop up the dialog box until they hit close. If they say yes, launch the feedback link in a new browser tab, and STOP popping up the dialog when they hit close.

Thank you team! I've performed the first round of regression tests. Here are the results:

Functionality:

Safari (Webkit): Working as expected. Tested on an iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 17.5.1.
Chromium: Working as expected. Tested on Microsoft Edge 126.0.2592.56 on a Windows 11 23H2 PC.
Firefox: Working as expected. Tested on Mozilla Firefox 127.0 on a Windows 11 23H2 PC.

Issue(s) encountered:

The expandable buttons inside body part elements in the Body page shows incorrect color:

The blue color should be #0089B5.

Quality-of-Life suggestions:

Make texts bigger on all platforms without changing the size of the pop-up box.
Make the text size box AND text size bigger on tablets and desktops.
Implement a threshold where the pop-up box stops appearing.
