Issue: all icons (unless world-wide popular) have to supported by text. Users may find it difficult to recognise what topics are represented by icons on the main body screen.
Solution: redesign body screen by creating navigation panel on the left that has icons and descriptions. The panel has two mode: full with descriptions and short with icons only. Users can close the full panel by swiping it left and expand it from short to full mode by swiping right. OR additional arrow can be used for switching between short and full mode.
