is this a code change only?

or is the styling going to change too?

asking because it says clean-up, which i thought was for only code changes

Cleanup is a general tag I use that mainly reforms code layout but doesn't guarantee the functionality will be changed, but at most will only be minimally changed.

The styling will look almost identical to the current dialog, but more unified with how the rest of the website's modals look
