fix bug created on contact page #340

Task

last PR #336 or the one before it or some PR before that created this bug on the contact page with the header

Pretty simple solution

adjusting the z-index values of the elements so that they are below the header
but above the background images

does pollen image still move on hover? that was the issue i had when i removed z index of the pollen image.

I think he meant, the pollen image should move on hover. and if we remove the z-index, he thought it might stop doing that.

@HuzzNZ did I understand the correctly?
