Documentation page displays raw HTML instead of rendered CSS and JS #13

Issue Description:

The documentation page on our GitHub Pages site is currently displaying raw HTML code instead of rendering the CSS and JavaScript as expected. This makes it difficult for users to access and navigate our documentation.

Steps to reproduce:

Open documentation page.

Expected behavior:

Open ./docs/index.htm to see locally in a browser to see correctly rendered page.
