Hmm... exported to mib_rev2_v116.brd . CLKIN0P etc. still member of XNet, so don't seem to be able to define as part of a DPr using the Allegro "Logic --> Assign Differential Pairs" dialogue
Looking to see if XNets can be deleted. It seems not (easily). So managed to create a DPr out of an XNet, which works for CLKIN<0..3>. However, there are other signals that should be DPrs where XNet members aren't the +/- halves of the pair. Will give up for now and fix the other issues.
Done - AMC_N_ENABLE is not connected to anything external to control it. Connect to backplane J7, pin 41 through a 0R link.
Done - C192 is attached to unnamed net because there is a break in the line on the schematic

Argh! Big value tant caps not easy to get hold of it seems.... Looking for replacement for C52
Going to replace 470uF with two 220uF. Can increase voltage rating to 25V
Done - C52 is insufficient voltage rating C25 ditto. Replaced single 470uF cap with two 220uF/25V caps. Need to edit PADPATH to allow Allegro on Windows to load the new footprint (for the 220uF cap).
