U25 (temperature sensor) is powered from MP3V3 . This is good since it allows the temperature to be measured , even it the main board power isn't switched on.
IC6 is powered form VCC3V3. This is bad, since when VCC3V3 is not enabled ( at ~ 0V ) the I2C lines are pulled low and prevent the temperature monitoring working.
--> Change VCC=VCC3V3 on IC6 to VCC=MP3V3 . Move decoupling cap C91 to MP3V3 as well.
if MP3V3 drops then the DC-DC converters will shut down, so it should be safe to connect the voltage inputs of IC6 to the output of the DC-DC converters
