Increase board thickness #20

Problem: GIB is a reasonably large board. One board has power issues which seem to be induced when board flexes at all.

Solution: Increase board thickness from 1.6mm --> 2.5mm . Since stiffness scales as thickness^3 this should increase stiffness by a factor of ~3.3
