Things to check (list written 22/Sept):
U110 : R2650 , R2640 - correct for 5.5V ?
U6: R36 - correct for 3.5V ?
J300 - correct pinout?
U7 - check that making R2669 as DNP is correct.
U101 - can we copy layou from U12 ?
J8 - check DP0 / GBTCLK in correct location.
P2 - check AUXOUT lines are also connected to FMC.
U49 - double check that SCL/SDA lines now connected direct to FPGA.
U19 - check that SC7/SD7 connected to ACLK SFP correctly
IC1 , IC2 - check that footprint is now correct. Check connectivity of VCCA
ACLK SFP: CHeck QZ1 footprint , pinout. Check U7. Check connections to FPGA from CDR
SFP block: check LED resistor values.
SFP interface: tidy up routing! Check connectivity. SFP Fan-in , SFP Fan-out. Check connectivity. E.g. ACLK Tx disable.
GPS Input: Check U47 footprint. Check connectivity
Clock generation: Check inputs and outputs of Si5395. Check supply voltage and pinout of Y1 ( reference oscillator)
