The user can manage their SSH keys from their profile page.

While managing their SSH keys; the user will be presented with all their registered keys
Users can add new SSH keys and remove existing SSH keys.
- When deleting a new SSH key, have the user confirm they want to delete the specific key

I'm merging this into the profile management issue since they are essentially the same thing.
