TryoutManager challenges with pyolite

• Once the tryoutmanager starts with a configuration; the challenge list is updated with the configured gitolite instance.
• Can detect, periodically, changes in the gitolite repositories
• Can give and revoke access to challenges when necessary
  • Gives access to a user with all of their keys
• Can give and revoke access to reserved challenges times for a specific user
• Can create a grading branch from a submission branch at the end of the challenge window
