Allow binary and categorical outcome variable

Currently the tool only allows for linear regression to be used (continuous outcome). We need to add support for binary/categorical outcome variables.

• [x] Allow binary/categorical variables in the 'select outcome' drop down on upload data page
• [x] Possibly add a message box that confirms the outcome variable and type
• [x] Add check to detect whether the variable is continuous/binary/categorical (to filter the outcome model types later)
• [x] Add binary/categorical variable validation checks (currently skewness for continuous)
• [x] Add options for logistic regression
• [ ] Add options for multinomial regression
• [x] Add functionality to calculate causal quantity logistic regression
• [ ] Add functionality to calculate causal quantity multinomial regression

Binary outcome functionality complete and tested (using gender as the binary outcome and reading_Age15 as the treatment).

Testing results
