Upstream system: moodle 4
Error "Your LMS provider did not supply a username" is given if the upstream plugin does not pass the student's name.
Is this field mandatory for this newer version? In our case, we don't need the student's name.
(In the lti1.0 edi-lti plugin, this field was not required to be sent.)
