updated documentation based on Igor's grad student (@JMaria88 ) trying out the infra code base
updated documentation about docker-compose run, start and up commands
(In progress) documentation about how to use kalibr to calibrate multiple cameras' intrinsic and extrinsics

Yup, both docker-compose and docker compose commands work and a note has been added to convey the same in the README.md
