48 prettify settings page #74

This PR is for prettifying the Settings page, specifically the Customise Notifications page. It allows users to chose how often they want their notifications and the time they want it.

This must be merged before the implement notifications branch can be merged, since the implement notifications branch relies on parts of this page's UI.
