Menstruation Nation (M. Nation) is a free period tracker designed for youth. The app helps people learn more about their bodies by tracking their period cycle and symptoms.
This pull request contains the code for implementing Notifications. Users can choose a time at which they would like the notification to be sent and the it will be sent at that time.
Things to note in this PR:
a lot of the API levels needed to be changed to requiring at least S. This is because of the use of android permissions.
Repeating notifications doesn't currently work, so the notification will only sent once for now.
