Namespaces are wrong in all `.cs` source files #4

Again, failed to catch this in review...

Because the project was renamed, the two CSharp classes VersionMiddleware and VersionExtensions are in the namespace UoN.NetCore.VersionExtensionMiddleware but the correct namespace should match the project's: UoN.AspNetCore.VersionMiddleware.
