Deleted all legacy projects from the solution, leaving just the .Net Core version of Expressive Annotations and the .Net Core Sample project.
Renamed the two remaining projects with a UoN. prefix.
Updated the file headers to link to the UoN nuget repo on GitHub, and updated copyright statements to add a copyright statement for UoN for the modifications.
