Remove bad Nyssa batches from dark archive #21

batch_nyssapubliclibrary_20161229ProudBlancmange_ver01 and batch_nyssapubliclibrary_20170302MarbleDracaenaeHarvestingSunflowers_ver01 shouldn't be kept in the dark archive because their contents are invalid and replaced in their entirety by new batches.
