Can we add move forward, back, and other page navigation options to the bottom of the results pages?

Probably easy to fix, but it would be an ONI fix, not a theme fix, unless we wanted to completely overwrite the theme files for search (not a good idea unless this is an absolute must-have and the other stakeholders won't budge on an ONI fix)

I'll pose this question to the group and we'll move forward from there.

From andrewgearhart: I think it makes sense for the pagination and the Jump to Page to be moved. I think Gallery/List should stay at the top though.
