Currently the "Contact" tab (see screenshot below) is apparently set to open the user’s e-mail client when the user’s browser is configured to do that.
Problem: I tried this on some of the public machines in the library and discovered that the link doesn’t work when using machines not configured to open email clients. It seems like many users will be working on machines that are not set up with their personal email clients ready to open. Instead, they’ll get a dead link when trying it.
Solution?: I would prefer if we could create a contact form (similar to this except with a general message box: http://library.uoregon.edu/diglib/odnp/recommend.html) page where users can send a message to me from the website? If that's not possible, maybe just a page listing my contact info?
