Old Primo banner #62

Now that VE is live, can we make the banner in old Primo more alarming? Maybe in red, to really catch people's attention that they are in the wrong place?

Applied a more in-your-face color, but I'm not sure about red with the link colors, so I went with yellow:

Let me know if you really want it red - I can probably figure something out, it'll just take a bit of tweaking to get all the colors to be accessible.
