Show 'exclude this facet' icons automatically #76

Update opacity of 'exclude this facet' icons so that users no longer have to hover over the icon for it to be visible on non-mobile views.

@megwalt Can you update this with the main branch? I want to verify all's well at least locally, but this commit is off code that's a few commits behind main.
